Our History

Since 1889, SKA has served the Central Valley and beyond through insurance, financial services, and formerly real estate. Founded by B. Shepherd, B.F. Knapp, and G.C. Appleton, the company has evolved over the years, but has maintained its stellar reputation in the Fresno/Clovis community. Our longevity is a testament to the adaptability to market changes combined with the success in assisting our clients in achieving their financial goals.
